Laser cutting
We have now added laser cutting to our arsenal. Our 150w machine has a bed size of 1300mmx900mm and can cut acrylic up to 25mm thick. We can offer engraving and cutting on wood, leather, plastics and many more materials.
SPRAY SHOP
With a dedicated spray room and HVLP system we can spray, lacquer and stain to specification.

JOINERY SHOP
Our extensivly equipped fabrication shop allows us to carry out all stages of manufacture from simple assembly of cnc routed parts to full joinery service. Our workshop is fully equipped with panelsaw, band saws, planers, edge sanders and many more from some of the best manufacturers MARTIN, FELDER, Robland etc
VACUUM PRESS
Perfect for producing curved panels, our vacuum press is capable of laminating panels up to 2440mmx1220mm. Combined with our mold and pattern making capabilities contoured panels can be handled in house.
2D & 3d CAD SERVICE
Our CAD suite allows us to offer a full service from 2d drafting to 3d part modeling and engineering; including engineered assembly and 3D rendered visualisations.
We can work from a sketch or simple specification.
